For you to change you must tell yourself that it is possible. Positive affirmations are a great start but how do you make that a daily practice with conviction when you have ailing parents, children, failing health, a career and/ or running a business?


Over 5 weeks, I will show you how to create a new language in your mind. Language starts in the body, so we actually move things out and bring the new in.


You have tried that before so how is this different?


Sweet talk is the self-talk that emerges from your heart when you honor the value of your existence more than others’ opinion of you.

Weekly Breakdown

Module 1 - Create a Sanctuary (Choices, Boundaries) Take ownership of your choices and set firm boundaries.

Module 2 - Calm the Chaos (Thoughts, Emotions, Happy Bubble) Create that Happy Bubble so that when people project you learn not to accept and resume old patterns

Module 3 - Self - Forgiveness - Stop holding on to what could have, should have or would have been and live from forgiveness and gain bliss.

Module 4 - Fulfillment (Nourishment, etc) Work towards making nourishing thoughts, foods and connecting with nourishing people.

Module 5 - Sweet Talk (self-belief) Now begin a new language speaking from belief and confidence in your own heart.

Cordelia Gaffar is the Founder of Workout Around My Day, an international best-selling author, world class speaker,  and mom of 6. After the birth of her second child, she sought medical attention for postpartum depression and extreme weight gain which led to her studies in nutrition, exercise, and mindset.
