Congratulations! You have taken the first step in your self-nurturing routine. For the next 12 weeks, you will heal your mindset surrounding eating through portion control, mindful food choices, and time awareness relating to your body’s needs. 

Are you tired of being tired, overwhelmed, and uncomfortable in your body? Would you like to regain your energy, vitality and wear your favorite clothes with pide? Where do you begin? I remember when I couldn't think beyond or see beyond the blurriness of struggling to get out of bed and hoping that coffee would save me. I remember I would grab a bagel or a donut for an extra boost of energy. Then I dreaded the walk after getting off the train. But what really pulled me down was my self-talk. At the time, I had no idea what a full body drain it was! I vowed to turn it all around with a never-ending commitment to be of the best service to my body. Over a period of a year, I started something which I have improved, practiced and helped many other women called the 3 Steps to A Lifetime of Wellness. We will start short workouts each week that you will make part of your daily routine and mix and match up to three per day by the end of the program.

  • Eating Schedule – after you see your pattern of eating times each move clover to ideal eating schedule. portion control, record what you eat, (plan to make better choices as well as smaller portions)
  • Snack recommendations -try new snacks to give more nutrition
  • Food Log and Schedule for workouts
